Tasty Meal In 10 Minutes

 Just get up from the bed and get in the action is all you need to get a tasty and  Healthy Indian food.





Yes  I am talking about खिचड़ी।



Ingredients for 1 bowl of khichdi

Rice                   1/4 cup.
Channa Daal      1/4 cup.
Toor Daal           1/4 cup.
Moong daal        1/4 cup.

Haldi (Turmeric Powder)          1/2 Tspoon.
Salt                                            1/2 Tspoon or as per taste.
Zira (Cumin Seed)                    1/2 Tspoon.
Hing (Asafetida)                    2 Pinch.
Sarson Mustard Seeds               1/2 Tspoon.
Zinger Garlic paste                    1 Tspoon.

Method

1 - Heat some mustard or any oil in a pressure cooker.
2 - Add Zira (Cumin seeds), Mustard Seeds and Hing.
3 - when Zira and Mustard seeds starts crack and pop Add Ginger garlic paste if you like or you can skip this and add Haldi and Salt..
4 - Add the mixture of Rice and Daal into cooker and mix it well.
5 - Add 3 Cups of Water and Cook it for 7-10 minutes.
6 - Dont waste your Time on Garnish just add some Desi Ghee and Have it.
